Joining is a two-step process

  1. First - Fill out Membership Form (scroll down within form window if necessary) and hit the "continue"
      button at bottom of the form; you will be asked to review and confirm your order; confirm your Membership
      Form to complete it, you will get a thank you and a link back to this page to continue with Step 2. Payment (below).
